STORY
The three corners in Ayllu logo represent the producer, the coop, and Caravela; three united forces working as one while developing a coffee community. Ayllu represent a family bond and the name given to each family group of an indigenous community in the Andean region, especially among Quechuas and Aymaras. Ayllu in Aymara language from where the word has its origin means also community.
Ayllu communities believe family encompasses all extended family members, the Pachamama, the mountains, and nature. All elements of nature and spirituality should be aligned and those who are not in harmony are death in life.
Therefore, the is no doubt this brand represents the community effort and commitment that our producers do thoughtout the year to bring this colectivo and delight many palates but above all proudly present the coffee community. They (ayllu groups) work as a team to achieve the common good of all ayllu members.
This coffee is floral with notes of passion fruit, tropical fruits and a high acidity.
