Luis Edier Reinoso

Luis Edier Reinoso started growing coffee around 30 years ago when he decided to continue with his parents’ legacy. Since he was young, he was involved with coffee as he comes from a coffee growing family and he used to help his father around the farm. Today, just like in the past, Luis Edier Reinoso works on Finca Vista Hermosa with his family, Yenni and his three children. When he started producing specialty coffee, his biggest motivation for doing this was his family. He always wanted to sell his coffee for the price he felt it was worth, and to receive the recognition for the hard work he put into it. Becoming a specialty coffee producer, although a relatively slow process, how allowed Luis Edier to find this price. He noticed that the most important thing was to work with high standards in every step of the process.

Luis Edier Reinoso started working with Caravela a very long time ago. He was one of the first coffee growers who started working with us and we have a beautiful and strong relationship with him since the beginning. Over the years, he has received huge benefits from producing speciality coffee and is not only satisfied but very proud of what he has achieved.
